How do I re-download WordBldr on a new or reset BlackBerry?
If you purchased on App World, follow the instructions on this page: Redownloading Instructions. If you purchased on another store, log in to the other store’s site and look for the “My Apps” link. You should be able to re-download from there. Look for the email you had received from the other store if you can’t remember where to log in.

Why does WordBldr think (some word) is correct / incorrect?
WordBldr uses the spell-checking dictionary that is built-in to your BlackBerry to determine whether or not a word is considered correct. If you see that WordBldr is consistenly counting short words as incorrect, open your BlackBerry Options, select Spell Check, and ensure that “Minimum Sized Word to Check” is set to 3.  If it’s not counting any words as correct, ensure that the spell check language is set to English.

Where can I find instructions?
From the main menu, select Settings, then select the arrow next to ‘Instructions’.

What BlackBerry models does WordBldr work on?
WordBldr requires a BlackBerry with OS verion 4.7 or higher. It also requires a screen of at least 320×240. At the time of this writing, the following models meet these requirements: 9000 9700 9500 9530 9520 9550 9630 9650 8520 8530 8900. If you have questions about support for a particular model, please send an email to support@essare.net.

I’m getting an “Unavailable” error from App World when upgrading.
This is due to a bug in App World; the error message should be notifying you that you need to log in to perform the upgrade:
-Open App World,
-Open My World (icon in lower right corner)
-Press the BlackBerry logo (menu) button
-Select “Log In” from the menu,
-Enter your PayPal account information (it must be the one you used originally to purchase).
-It should then let you download the upgrade.
